The hearing will continue tomorrow in the petition filed by voter Paresh Salgaonkar challenging the removal of his and his family members’ names from the electoral roll. • All accused in the Birch Fire Case were produced before the JMFC Court in Mapusa today. Meanwhile, accused Ajay Gupta has filed a bail application before the court. Further proceedings in the case are awaited. • All accused in the Mapusa NCB drug case have been remanded to 14 days’ judicial custody, while the agency has arrested another accused, identified as Prajot.
