Access to Toyar Lake in Chimbel has been severely obstructed due to construction waste dumped along the pathway leading to the water body, reportedly stemming from the work at the newly constructed BJP office. Highlighting the issue, local resident Govind Shirodkar expressed grave concern over the situation, noting that with the monsoon coming to an end, residents will soon be heavily dependent on the lake's water for their daily needs. Local villagers have urged authorities to clear the debris immediately to ensure smooth access to the water resource.

Adding to the residents' frustration, temporary metal barricades erected a year ago for the nearby Unity Mall project still remain unremoved, further restricting movement in the area. Locals have accused the government of willfully causing inconvenience to the community through unmanaged developmental work and prolonged neglect. Frustrations are running high among the Chimbel community as they demand prompt action to restore clear access to both the lake and surrounding pathways.
