Luthras to reach India on Wednesday

In the ongoing investigation of the Birch by Romeo Lane club fire, Ajay Gupta, the sleeping partner of the Luthra brothers, was reportedly present in Goa during the incident. Following the fire, he allegedly fled the state, according to sources.

The Luthra brothers, currently in Bangkok, are expected to be brought to Delhi on Wednesday before being transferred to Goa for further investigation.

Meanwhile, the Mapusa court has extended the police custody of Rajiv Modak, Priyanshu Thakur, Rajveer Singhania, and Vivek Singh by five days in connection with the case.

Police have also stated that the statements of five panch members of the Arpora Panchayat have been recorded as part of the ongoing probe.
