Arvind Tiwari Is A Cold Blooded Killer With A History: Panaji Police

Panaji police is investigating the Bhatlem labourer John murder case and have revealed that accused Arvind Tiwari is a cold-blooded criminal with a history of crimes.

During the interrogation, accused Arvind confessed that he along with his co-accused friends in 2015 had murdered one businessman namely Gautam Banerjee at Gomatinagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Arvind has also confessed that he is also involved in some other assault cases in Uttar Pradesh.

Arvind was granted bail in Gautam Banerjee murder case in 2018 and since then he has not attended any trial.
Arvind has further confessed that he committed a crime with a well-made plan, which he has learnt from watching 100 crime shows on TV and he knows how to evade arrest. He has said that he has no regret for any crime.

Arvind had come to Goa on 3 November this year and since then he has been working as a labourer at Bhatlem site, where the contractor had promised him a daily wage of 800 rupees. But on the day of the murder, the contractor paid him a wage of only 600 rupees per day for 27 days and hence he was angry, Victim John due to some silly reason abused him and he got angry, took the knife and slashed his neck.
Panaji police are further scanning his past crime records.
