These are the top stories for today's Konkani Prime Bulletin:- 1) Environment Minister Aleixo Sequeira informed that on Goa's request, ESA team from Delhi will be visiting Goa within this month. He said that state has demanded many villages be dropped from ESA list. "We have substantiated our demand; let team visit villages & see ground reality" said Min Alexio Sequeira 2) Two Malpe-Karnataka fishing boats have been seized at Nerul coast by Goenchea Ramponkarancho Ekvott (GRE) for illegally fishing in Goan waters. Both the Malpe boats have been brought to Panaji Fisheries jetty and action has been initiated against owners as per law. 3) Chief Minister Pramod Sawant along with Exposition Committee Vice-Chairman & Minister Aleixo Sequeira and other officials held SFX Exposition review meeting. CM said that 90% work has been completed and that entire work will be completed by November 15. He said that this Exposition will be grandn and transportation facilities will be enhanced. Sawant also said that all roads leading to venue will be hot mixed in next 8 days. 4) As part of its strategy to combat air pollution, the State administration has formed three specialized committees in accordance with orders from the National Green Tribunal (NGT). These are the State Air Quality Monitoring Committee (SAMC), the District Air Quality Monitoring Committee (DAQMC), and the State Steering Committee (SSC) for Air Quality Monitoring (GOA-SSC). 5) Cavelossim gramsabha turned stormy over illegal road construction in NDZ by ex Indian cricketer Ashish Nehra. Sarpanch Dixon Vaz said matter is before GCZMA. He also added that Panchayat powers are limited and can impose fine only upto Rs 25,000.  6) Chodan-Juve locals have launched a signature campaign against proposed mega project in their village.
